About
Senior advice. Practical execution.
Botsepehi Consulting is an independent B-BBEE and transformation advisory firm based in Pretoria, serving clients across South Africa.

Director and lead advisor
Herman Kirstein
Herman has more than twenty years of specialised B-BBEE experience. He has worked across the Generic Codes of Good Practice, the Construction Sector Code, the ICT Sector Code and Mining Charter III, advising corporates, mining enterprises and multinationals.
His particular focus is where B-BBEE meets day-to-day business: preferential procurement, enterprise and supplier development and socio-economic development — the elements where good design creates real value for both the client and the beneficiaries.
His approach is factual and direct. Clients get an honest view of where they stand, what it will cost to improve, and what is not worth doing.
