Sector codes
ICT Sector Code
The Amended ICT Sector Code (2016) sets sector-specific targets for entities in the information and communications technology sector.
What makes it different
The ICT Sector Code follows the same five-element structure as the Generic Codes, but with sector-specific targets and recognition rules that reflect the industry's skills profile and supplier base.
Multinational ICT businesses face particular questions around ownership, which the code addresses through specific mechanisms. These need careful structuring and legal input.
How we help
- Confirm whether the ICT Sector Code applies to each group entity
