Verification Readiness & Evidence Management
Points are lost at verification for reasons that have nothing to do with performance: missing evidence, inconsistent figures and late documents. We make sure the work you have done is recognised.
What we do
- Pre-verification review against the applicable code and the verification agency's evidence requirements
- Structured evidence files per element, with a line-item tracker (submitted, partial, outstanding, not applicable)
- Reconciliation of procurement, payroll and financial figures before they reach the agency
- Liaison with your SANAS-accredited verification agency during the verification
- Review of draft reports and recalculations, and support with disputed findings
- Certificate expiry tracking across group entities and key suppliers
Good to know
B-BBEE certificates are generally valid for twelve months. Exempted Micro Enterprises — and Qualifying Small Enterprises that are at least 51% black-owned — may qualify to use a sworn affidavit instead of a verification certificate. We confirm which route applies to you before you spend money on verification.
